01. Four scheduled visits per year 2 Spring (Air Conditioning) 2 Fall (Heating).

Two Full Service Inspections and Two Filter Changes Per Year.

Spring Preventative Maintenance Inspection

  • Filter Change.
  • Check and Change Belts.
  • Check All Controls.
  • Lubricate All Moving Parts (Where Applicable).
  • Check All Electrical Connections.
  • Check Operation of All Components.
  • Check Freon Charge.
  • Check Cooling Sequence of Operation.
  • Check Blower Compartments and Drain Pans.

Fall Preventative Maintenance Inspection

  • Filter Change.
  • Check and Change Belts.
  • Check All Controls.
  • Lubricate All Moving Parts (Where Applicable).
  • Check All Electrical Connections.
  • Check Operation of All Components
  • Check Heating Sequence of Operation.
  • Check Blower Compartments, Burner & Pilot Assemblies, and Drain Pans.
  • Check for cracked heat exchanges, which keep carbon monoxide out or air.


02. Priority Service:

03. Reduced Labor Rates:

With a Service Agreement we provide Reduced Labor Rates*; the customer is responsible to pay for parts.
